Go to Hotels section → Search by destination or property → Choose room category and stay dates → Enter primary guest details → Click "Generate Voucher". A PDF voucher with instant confirmation details will be created immediately.

How can hotel suppliers list new properties on Travizo?

In the Supplier Panel, click "Add New Hotel". Submit property details, star rating, address, room types, seasonal rates, amenities, and high-resolution property photos. Properties go live upon admin review.

How do I check real-time hotel room availability?

Enter your travel dates and guest counts on the Hotel Search grid. Our real-time API queries live inventory sources to display instant room availability and live booking rates.

Where can I view room cancellation and property policies?

On any hotel detail page, click the "Policies" tab to review check-in/check-out timings, free cancellation deadlines, and non-refundable terms prior to confirming the booking.

How are tax invoices generated for hotel bookings?

Visit Accounting → Hotel Invoices. Locate the booking ID and click "Generate GST Invoice". System populates registered Agency GSTIN, SAC codes, and itemized tax breakdowns automatically.

Can I include extra beds or child policy charges in the booking?

Yes. On the room selection screen, adjust the "Guests & Extra Bed" counters. Applicable extra bed and child policy charges will be automatically calculated into the final rate breakdown.
